Three steps, no broker layer. Grade and rootstock confirmed in writing before a single root leaves the cooler.
Stock is published from the nursery price list with its count date — currently 9 October 2026. Sortable by cultivar, rootstock, vigor, fire-blight rating, and what's actually on hand at the yard. Payment: 30% on signing, the balance 10 days before pickup.
Caliper, height, root mass, scion union — measured and tagged at the Stavropol grading barn. Every order leaves the yard with a packing manifest and a sampled photo dossier of the trees inside.
By Friday your lot is collected and waiting: roots packed in peat and damp moss sleeves, the packing manifest signed. You pull up to our loading dock at the warehouse and our crew hand-loads the order onto your truck. The bare-root pickup season runs 14 February through 22 April, while roots can safely travel. Your own truck or your own carrier — we hand-load, you haul.
Wholesale partners come from 47 regions. We prepare the lot at the yard; you choose pickup or your own carrier.
Our partners drive in to Stavropol from Moscow and Moscow Oblast, Saint Petersburg, central Russia, the South, the North Caucasus, the Volga, and the Black Earth belt. Pickup is by appointment from January through April — coffee in the office, loading at the warehouse.
