How cultivars are matched to a region

Every cultivar in the catalog lists a USDA hardiness zone range, for example Z5–Z8. A cultivar fits a region when the zone of its main orchard districts falls inside that range. Pink Lady and Granny Smith also need a long warm season, and Fuji does best where summers are warm, so we recommend these only for the southernmost regions.

Prices are the same everywhere and depend on grade: RUB 360, 400 and 450 for knip apple trees 1+, 3+ and 5+, and RUB 800 for a sweet cherry sapling. The full list is on the sapling prices page.

Pickup and transport

The nursery does not deliver: your vehicle or your carrier collects the lot at the yard in Sunzha, ul. Traktovaya 17. Roots are packed before loading and a phytosanitary certificate travels with the lot. Lifting windows are October–November and March–April; the loading date is agreed in advance, as described on the yard process page.
