How an export order works
An order takes four steps, and each can be done by email or phone.
- Request. You send the destination country, cultivars, grades and quantity. If you already hold an import permit, attach its conditions.
- Written quote. We confirm stock, price, currency and the shipping window.
- Documents. We prepare the phytosanitary certificate and the export documents for the destination country.
- Loading. The lot is loaded at the nursery near Stavropol and collected by your carrier or forwarder. We agree the loading date with them.
Documents for the lot
Every export lot leaves with a phytosanitary certificate and export documents for the destination country. The rest depends on the country, and the table shows what is needed besides the certificate.
| Country | Import regime | What goes with the lot |
|---|---|---|
| India | outside the EAEU, the importer obtains the import permit | certificate and export documents; you send the permit conditions with the request |
| Belarus | EAEU member | phytosanitary certificate of the exporting country |
| Kazakhstan | EAEU member | phytosanitary certificate of the exporting country |
| Uzbekistan | outside the EAEU | certificate and export documents; you check import conditions with your plant quarantine service |
For EAEU members the certificate is also required when regulated goods move between the union’s countries, as the Eurasian Economic Commission explains (in Russian).
Which cultivars you can order
On 9 October 2026 the price list has 17 apple cultivars on M9 rootstock and 5 sweet cherry cultivars on Gisela 5 and 6. Apple is sold as knip trees in grades 1+, 3+ and 5+ at RUB 360, 400 and 450 per tree, and sweet cherry costs RUB 800. These are the RUB wholesale prices including VAT, and for export the price and currency are fixed in the quote. Pear Xenia and apple pollinizers are available on request.
Stock for each cultivar is in the table below. The page on knip apple trees explains how the trees are built, and the full list is on the price page.
When trees can be collected
Saplings are lifted in two windows: October to November and March to April. In those months the tree travels leafless and bare-root, with the root system packed by the nursery before loading, so the lifting window also sets the loading window. The quote states the window for your lot.
The article on planting in spring or autumn helps with choosing a season, and the yard process page describes loading at the nursery.
