How to secure a lot of apple and sweet cherry saplings before lifting starts. Pickup windows, the payment schedule in rubles, lot-building rules and the order of steps.
A pre-order is placed as a request to the Sady Stavropolya trade desk. The lot is reserved for the buyer once the contract is signed and 30% of its value is paid, and the balance arrives 10 days before pickup. The lot starts at 6,000 saplings, with each cultivar ordered in steps of 250. Saplings are collected in Sunzha in March–April and October–November 2027.

Lifting windows and when to apply
Bare-root saplings are lifted while dormant, so the nursery ships lots twice a year. The spring 2027 window is March and April, and the fall 2027 window is October and November. The price list on the site covers fall 2026 and spring 2027, with stock shown as of 9 October 2026.

The date inside a window is agreed in advance, so a spring 2027 request should go in before the start of March. Fall 2027 requests are taken the same way, by phone on +7 905 405 15 68 on weekdays from 06:30 to 15:30 Moscow time, or at sales@stavsad.ru.
30% down payment and the payment schedule
You pay 30% of the lot value when the contract is signed, and the positions are reserved for you. The other 70% arrives 10 days before pickup. If you collect the lot on 15 April 2027, the balance has to arrive by 5 April. List prices include VAT, and the table is worked out from them.

Building a lot: 6,000 pieces in steps of 250
An order starts at 6,000 saplings. The quantity of each cultivar is a multiple of 250, so a lot of 6,000 is made of 24 blocks of 250. Inside one lot you can combine cultivars, grades 1+, 3+ and 5+, and both crops, and each line is priced on its own.

How many hectares the minimum lot covers
The minimum lot of 6,000 saplings plants from 1.7 to 6.7 hectares, depending on the crop and the planting scheme. The calculation gives the area without the replanting reserve, which is 3–5% added to the tree count when the order is placed.

How to place a pre-order
- Check the cultivars and grades you need against the stock below and the prices on the sapling prices page.
- Send a request through the contact page with cultivars, grades, quantity per cultivar, the lifting window and your region.
- The trade desk confirms stock on the request date and prices the lot.
- You sign the contract and pay 30%, after which the lot is reserved for you.
- You agree the pickup date inside the lifting window.
- Ten days before pickup you pay the balance and collect the lot at the yard.
What a pre-order does not cover
Xenia pear and apple pollinators are not on the price list, and their availability is checked on request. There is no delivery. The lot is collected at the yard in Sunzha, and a phytosanitary certificate travels with the lot. The loading routine is shown on the yard process page.
